MFT House 2 - Girls Boarding House 

MFT Boarding House Mhizha Drive accommodates female students only, and comprises of 9 shared rooms, shared fully equipped kitchen with 2 gas hobs, upright fridge and chest freezer, security fence on the perimeter, lockable gate with access control to the house by use of fingerprints, backup solar power, backup water tank, 4 modern showers and 3 modern toilets.  The bedrooms are furnished with single beds, storage cupboards, study desks, some with bunk beds, high speed uncapped wifi, this is the place where load shedding does not exist. For your peace of mind, the perimeter fence is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance, in addition to the electric fence.

Located 6km from the Great Zimbabwe University main campus and 3km from Masvingo CBD, this female student boarding house is in a perfect location for students from any GZU campus in Masvingo.

Rentals

Rental requests can be made either by calling, whatsapp, sending an email or enquiry on our website.  Emails and website enquiries are mostly responded to within 2 hours, with whatsapp messages responded to within 10 minutes during normal working hours. 

Rentals are on a month to month basis for the shared female students accommodation. The boarding house opened on the 1st of April 2024, monthly rentals of $100 per person sharing.
